Christmas Eve

We're starting to call Eve the "milk monster." Even though Martha's milk is just starting to come in, Eve cannot get enough boob.

She is only the second monster in the house, however. Tory is the meat monster. Tonight she ate a huge lamb bone left over from the delicious meal made by Daniel's mom. Now Tory is lying behind me in a meat-induced coma.

On another topic, unrelated to monsters, we opened presents this evening. Eve had a solid haul, especially considering that nobody expected her to be around for Christmas. The grandmothers gave her some of the cutest gifts. Oma Bailey sent pink snow boots (among other pretty items), and Oma Eisenberg gave a bib that says "Anything Santa doesn't get me, my grandma will." Another highlight was a digital picture frame from Aunt Nancy. Guess who will be getting the most air time in that frame...

We are grateful for the many other thoughtful, fun, and very useful gifts that you sent. Thank you, and to all a good night!
