Turns out that Eve is a chatterbox like her dad. Her favorite words:

car! = I see yet another car (always said as an exclamation!)
mmmm = give me that tasty food right away
dank you = thank you (such a polite little girl)
ah-joos = juice
ah-shoos = shoes
baby = baby (applies to people up to age 15)
bah = banana
dah-dee = my favorite person ever, except maybe...
bah-mee = mommy
up-pfff = up if she's down, and down if she's up (i.e., pick me up and change my altitude)
rarrrrr = cat or dog or possibly another animal
oof = another word for dog
bear! = (teddy) bear
hey = hey
look = look (no longer a constant refrain -- I guess she's realized that she always has everyone's undivided attention)
