Not much snow so far this year, but not much sun either...

new camera!

My family got us a new camera for my birthday (and an early present for Martha's birthday). It's a nice digital single lens reflex (D-SLR), which is a huge step up from what we've been using. Below are a couple of our first shots. Once we learn to harness the camera's powers, watch out!

two new family members

Nina and Josh welcomed their twin boys, Aaron and Zachary, into the world on Saturday night. We wish we could be there in person, but these photos from my mom help us feel closer. I'm not sure whether the bottom photo is Aaron or Zachary...either way, they're cuties! Both just under 5 pounds, but healthy.
